The Patient Registration module is an integrated patient management system, which captures complete and relevant patient information. The system automates the patient administration functions to have better and efficient patient care process.

It provides for enquiries
about the patient, the patient's location, admission, and appointment
scheduling and discharge details. It allows easy retrieval of medical records
on patients. Thus even when a patient does not bring their registration card or
booklet with them, the records of previous visits will all be instantly available
and accessible to the appropriate persons.
OutPatient Management Module
The Outpatient Management module serves as an entry point to
patients coming into the facility system. This module supports doctors to take
better and timely consultation decisions by providing instant access to
comprehensive patient information. Patient visits, whether new, follow-up or
review are meticulously recorded in a way that makes it easy for future
reference and which provides a comprehensive picture of any given patient’s service
utilization history. The module has all the features that ensure
patients’ confidentiality while ensuring there is ready access to records and
ensures the easy filtering of patients for pharmacy, laboratory tests, x-ray
and other services.
Admissions Management Module
The inpatient management module is designed to take care of all the activities and functions pertaining to Inpatient Management. This module automates the day-to-day administrative actives and provides instant access to other modules, which leads better patient care. It provides comprehensive data pertaining to Admission of Patients & Ward Management: Availability of beds, Planned admission, Emergency admission and so on. The Inpatient module also deals with Ward Management: Shifting from one ward to the other, Bed availability, Surgery, Administration of drugs, nursing notes, charge slip and so on.
The module tracks every in-patient visit made by the patient and
caters to follow-up visits of patients, along with multiple appointments for
various services at the health facility.
The Patient Billing module handles all types of billing for both outpatient and outpatient health care. This module provides an all inclusive way of showing exactly what costs have been incurred by the patient, what payments have been made or are due, what insurance claims are due/payable and even allows for NHIF and other Insurance rebates.

Pharmacy Services module deals with the automation of general workflow and administration management process of a pharmacy. The pharmacy module is equipped with the ability to record all drugs and non-drug commodities that come into the facility, right up from the time they are ordered to their delivery, distribution and dispensing to patients. It tracks commodities by batch number and expiry, ensuring elimination of wastage occasioned by expiry of medical supplies or over-supply if item. This module also tracks:

The Other Tests Services Module keeps track of all other test transactions, including those that are carried out off-site or away from the facility ensuring the smooth and easy recording of all tests given to patients, both out-patients and in-patients and also enables accurate billing for these services and is integrated into the Patient Billing Module.
Dental Services Module
The Dental Services Module keeps track of all Dental transactions ensuring the smooth and easy recording of all tests given to patients, both out-patients and in-patients and also enables accurate billing for these services and is integrated into the Patient Billing Module.
Maternity Services Module
A Maternity Services Module is the part of the system that tracks specialized maternity care in a user-friendly and easy to learn and use way. It tracks the needs of mothers-to-be and mothers, right up from ante-natal care, delivery and even post-natal care. These service costs are then integrated into the Patient Billing Module.
